Look up patients.

After you have logged in, you will see a patient search window like below.

Type in the last name first, followed by a coma, a space and then the patients first name.
eg: (Day, Jason)

Sometimes, your search returns you with errors or no results. Here’s what you can do.

  • Search with parts of the name. eg: instead of “williamson, david”, you could search for “williamson, d” or “wil, dav”. This will help you overcome spelling discrepancies that happen between two clinics
  • Make sure none of the the filters in the red box are ticked
  • Make sure the period view is set to “All Dates”. TIP: if you are unsure of the patient’s spelling but knew that the patient was seen within the month, then leave the patient name field empty and search under “Last 31 days”
